摘  要：采用稱(chēng)量法配制了異丁烷、二氯甲烷、苯等16種室內(nèi)揮發(fā)性有害有機(jī)物的混合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體，各物質(zhì)濃度為1ppm，平衡氣為氮?dú)狻?biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體采用天平稱(chēng)量定值，通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室間氣相色譜法比對(duì)分析考察其配制準(zhǔn)確性，并通過(guò)各物質(zhì)濃度隨時(shí)間及瓶?jī)?nèi)壓力的變化考察了其濃度的均勻性和穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果表明我們研制生產(chǎn)的室內(nèi)揮發(fā)性有害有機(jī)物混合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體量值準(zhǔn)確，均勻性、穩(wěn)定性好，各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)滿(mǎn)足國(guó)家對(duì)二級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)的要求。

Preparation of 16 hazardous VOCs standard mixture

Abstract:1ppm Hazardous VOCs standard mixture containing 16 compounds such as i-butane，dichloromethane，benzene，etc.in UHP nitrogen was prepared by gravimetric method. The results of GC analysis and the compare among these results of few laboratories were used to confirm the accuracy of the gravimetric preparation.Relationships between time or pressure and uniformity or stability were also investigated. Thess results indicated that concentrations of those mixture compounds in cylinder are accuracy，uniform and stable，which can fulfill requirements of Warrant Reference Materials（WRM） absolutely.
