摘 要:工業(yè)鉑電阻具有測(cè)溫準(zhǔn)確,穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但在實(shí)際使用中許多A級(jí)鉑電阻測(cè)溫準(zhǔn)確度并不高,這主要是因?yàn)榉侄缺淼倪x用不當(dāng)造成的。為滿(mǎn)足高精度測(cè)量的要求,我們研究了鉑電阻的測(cè)溫特性,給出一種鉑電阻精確測(cè)溫的方法:通過(guò)校準(zhǔn)確定鉑電阻的測(cè)溫特性,用特性公式計(jì)算溫度。該方法具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用性、推廣性。 關(guān)鍵詞:工業(yè)鉑電阻;分度表;測(cè)溫特性;測(cè)溫準(zhǔn)確度;測(cè)量方法 中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TP212.11 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1672-4984(2007)04-0050-03 An accurate measurement method for platinum resistance ZHU Yu-hong (National Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology,Chengdu 610021,China) Abstract: PRT has many merits such as high measurement accuracy, good stability and so on. However, the accuracy of grade a PRT is not high enough because of the indexing table. For contenting the demands of highly accuracy measurement fields, the author studied the temperature characteristics of PRT and suggested a method of improving the measurement accuracy of PRT by measuring temperature according to the characteristics formula of PRT. This method is practical.
